Summary
This study looks at whether an online weight management program for child care teachers can lead to healthier eating and more physical activity for the 2-5-year-old children in their care. About 84 child care centers and over 900 participants (directors, teachers, and children) will take part. Some centers will use a standard online nutrition program, while others will add a teacher weight management program to see if it makes a bigger difference.
