New drug combo aims to tackle obesity and diabetes

Summary
This study is testing a new drug called AZD9550, alone or combined with another drug (AZD6234), to help people with obesity or overweight lose weight. The study includes people with or without type 2 diabetes. Researchers want to see if the drugs are safe, how the body processes them, and their effects on weight and blood sugar. About 160 participants will receive increasing doses or a placebo to compare results.
