Summary
This study tests a new drug called AZD9550, alone or with another drug (AZD6234), in 160 adults who are overweight or obese. Some participants also have type 2 diabetes. The main goals are to check safety, side effects, and how the drugs move through the body. This is an early-stage trial (Phase 1/2) to find the right doses and see if the combination helps with weight loss.
