First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study aims to find the best dose of acyclovir for people with obesity by measuring how the body processes the drug. Twenty healthy volunteers with different body sizes will take a single dose and provide blood and urine samples. The goal is to use lean body mass to predict drug clearance, helping doctors prescribe safer and more effective doses in the future.
