Summary

This study looks at whether a community-based diet and exercise program for pregnant women can lower the chances of obesity and diabetes for both mothers and their children. About 1,000 pregnant women in urban areas will take part during and after pregnancy. The goal is to see if healthy lifestyle changes can improve pregnancy outcomes and reduce long-term health risks.
