First seen Mar 20, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study looked at whether combining digital tools (like an app for tracking health and communicating with doctors) with regular in-person visits works as well as standard care for children and teens with obesity. About 100 families in Sweden took part. The goal was to see if the digital-physical approach could help kids achieve a healthier weight over 12 months.
