Summary

This study looks at how healthy people absorb good nutrients and natural toxins from oats. Sixteen volunteers eat one oat breakfast and collect their urine for 48 hours. Researchers measure what comes out to understand both the health benefits and safety of oats. No treatment or long-term follow-up is involved.
