Summary

This study looks at what happens when healthy people eat oats. Researchers want to know which good nutrients and natural toxins from oats get into the body and how they leave in urine. Sixteen volunteers eat one oat breakfast and collect all their urine for 48 hours. The goal is to better understand both the health benefits and safety of eating oats.
