This study tested a device that gently stimulates a nerve in the neck (nVNS) to see if it reduces symptoms like dizziness and fatigue in teenagers with POTS. Forty adolescents aged 12-19 took part. Researchers measured changes in symptom scores, daily function, and heart rate over 8 weeks.
