Summary
This study looks at whether adding the Nutu™ digital health platform to standard obesity treatment helps people lose more weight. About 300 adults in a primary care program will be offered the app, and researchers will track weight changes and how often people use it. The goal is to see if the app is acceptable and effective for managing obesity and related heart risks.
