Summary

This study is testing whether personalized nutrition advice and a home exercise program can help prostate cancer survivors who are experiencing frailty and weight gain as a side effect of their hormone therapy. Researchers will work with 50 participants for 6 months to see if these lifestyle changes improve body composition, strength, and quality of life. The goal is to find better ways to manage the difficult side effects that often come with long-term cancer treatment.
