NCT ID NCT07636577
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether structured nutrition counseling helps pregnant women with gestational diabetes improve their diet quality and reduce harmful substances called advanced glycation end products. About 48 first-time pregnant women aged 18-35 will be assigned to either counseling or standard care. The goal is to see if personalized meal planning and education lead to better health outcomes for both mother and baby.
