NCT ID NCT07378787
First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study tests whether combining time-restricted eating (eating only during an 8-hour window) with a low-glycemic Mediterranean diet can improve memory, thinking, and overall health in women aged 45-75 who are in late perimenopause or menopause. Participants will follow the diet for 12 weeks and be compared to a group that makes no changes. The goal is to see if this approach can help manage menopause-related changes in metabolism and brain function.
