First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study tested whether showing Nutri-Score labels (A to E) on a food delivery app helps people choose healthier meals. Over 800 adults who order food online at least once a month made hypothetical choices in a simulated app. Some saw labels, some saw labels plus extra education, and some saw no labels. The goal was to see if labels lead to better nutritional choices.
