Summary
This study tests a special way for nurses to talk with adult burn patients during painful dressing changes. The method, based on the COMFORT Communication Model, aims to reduce pain and anxiety by building trust, explaining steps, and supporting patients emotionally. About 62 people will take part, and their pain and anxiety levels will be compared to those receiving usual care.
