Summary
This study is testing whether personalized nursing support and education can help people with type 2 diabetes manage their blood sugar levels more effectively. It will involve 72 adults who are taking oral diabetes medication. The goal is to see if this tailored approach improves self-care, stabilizes blood sugar, and prevents complications.
