Summary
This study asks 60 ICU nurses at Erasmus Medical Center about a new dashboard that shows each patient's nursing workload in real time. The goal is to see if nurses accept and find the tool useful for balancing work during shifts. Researchers will also check if the workload calculations match nurses' own feelings and if artificial intelligence could help automate them.
