Summary
This observational study aims to see if routine hospital data can accurately predict the number of nurses needed on hospital wards. Researchers will analyze patient data and gather feedback from nurses and IT staff. The goal is to improve staffing tools and support better decisions. About 80 healthcare professionals and managers will participate.
