Summary
This study asks 60 ICU nurses at Erasmus Medical Center about a new dashboard that shows each patient's nursing workload in real time. The goal is to see if nurses find it useful, easy to adopt, and accurate for distributing work during shifts. The results will help improve the dashboard and explore using artificial intelligence to automate workload calculations.
