Summary
This study tested whether adding support from specially trained Advanced Practice Nurses helps people with high blood pressure manage their condition better than standard care alone. Researchers looked back at 483 patients to see if those who worked with these nurses achieved better blood pressure control. The goal was to see if this extra support helps patients stick to their medication and treatment plans more effectively.
