Special nurses help patients control blood pressure better
NCT ID NCT06227884
Summary
This study tested whether adding support from specially trained Advanced Practice Nurses helps people with high blood pressure manage their condition better than usual care alone. Researchers looked back at 483 patients who either received this nurse support or standard care. The goal was to see if the extra guidance improved medication adherence and led to better blood pressure control.
