Summary
This small pilot study will test whether a nurse-led self-management program can help breast cancer survivors who also have heart disease. The program focuses on lifestyle changes like exercise, diet, and stress management to reduce cardiovascular risks. Researchers will check if the program is practical and acceptable, and look for early signs of improvement in participants' health and quality of life.
