New program aims to protect breast cancer survivors' hearts
NCT ID NCT07313397
Summary
This small pilot study will test whether a nurse-led lifestyle support program is practical and acceptable for breast cancer survivors who also have heart conditions. The 4-week program, supported by a general practitioner, focuses on healthy habits like physical activity, diet changes, and stress management. Researchers will measure if participants find the program helpful and track preliminary changes in their health, quality of life, and healthcare use over 12 weeks.
