Summary
This study tests a 12-week nurse-led digital education program for young men (ages 18-30) who have bigorexia, also known as muscle dysmorphia. Participants must attend a gym and score high on a bigorexia scale. The program aims to improve body image, reduce social anxiety about appearance, and lower bigorexia symptoms. The goal is to promote healthier behaviors and a positive self-image.
