Summary
This study will test a health and wellness product in 133 adults aged 21-75 who are either taking a GLP-1 medication or trying to lose weight. Participants will report their digestive symptoms and quality of life through surveys and provide biomarker samples. The goal is to see if the product eases constipation and improves overall well-being.
