Nurses step up: new program aims to ease the daily struggle of dialysis
NCT ID NCT07454577
Summary
This study tested whether a special 12-week nursing program could help people on long-term dialysis. 220 patients were split into two groups: one received the new program with exercise advice, sleep tips, and emotional support, while the other got usual care. Researchers checked if the program helped people do daily activities more easily, sleep better, and feel less anxious or depressed over six months.
