New sleep therapy could boost brain recovery after injury

Summary

This study tests a nurse-guided brief behavioral treatment for insomnia in people recovering from traumatic brain injury (TBI). About 93 participants will receive either in-person or mobile-delivered therapy to improve sleep, mood, and thinking skills. The goal is to find a simple, drug-free way to ease insomnia and support recovery.
