New sleep therapy could boost brain injury recovery

Summary

This study tests a nurse-guided brief behavioral treatment for insomnia in people recovering from traumatic brain injury. About 93 participants will receive either in-person or mobile-delivered therapy to improve sleep, mood, and thinking. The goal is to find a simple, effective way to ease insomnia without medication.
