Summary
This study looks at whether teaching nurses to follow evidence-based guidelines can reduce problems like pneumonia, bloodstream infections, and pressure ulcers in intensive care units (ICUs) in low- and middle-income countries. About 50 nurses will be trained and their patients' outcomes compared to usual care. The goal is to see if better nursing practices can improve survival and shorten hospital stays.
