Brazilian lung cancer care under the microscope: are doctors following the rules?
NCT ID NCT07109154
Summary
This study aims to understand how doctors in Brazil treat patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in real-world settings. Researchers will collect medical record data from 200 patients starting first-line treatment between 2025-2026 and survey about 300 oncologists about their treatment decisions. The goal is to see if real-world treatment choices match national guidelines and identify factors influencing doctors' decisions.
