Summary
This early-phase study tests whether injecting two immunotherapy drugs directly into the spinal fluid, along with standard IV doses, is safe and can shrink tumors in the brain and spinal cord lining. It includes 26 adults with advanced lung cancer or melanoma that has spread to these areas. The goal is to find the best dose and see if this approach helps control the disease.
