Summary
This early-phase study tests whether a new drug called NRM-823 is safe and can help people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to other treatments. About 150 adults with cancers like lung, ovarian, or triple-negative breast cancer will receive NRM-823 alone or with an immunotherapy drug. The main goal is to check for side effects and find the right dose.
