Summary
This study tests a drug called NPC-1 (made of two compounds) in 40 adults aged 55+ who have Alzheimer's disease, mild cognitive impairment, or subjective memory concerns. The goal is to see if NPC-1 is safe and can improve blood markers related to Alzheimer's brain changes. Participants take the drug for a set period, and researchers compare their blood tests before and after treatment.
