Summary
This study looks at 450 adults with multiple myeloma who have a type of kidney damage called light chain cast nephropathy. Researchers want to see if plasma exchange or a drug called daratumumab helps the kidneys recover better than other treatments. The goal is to improve survival and reduce the need for dialysis within 90 days.
