First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study compares a new non-opioid painkiller called Journavx to standard opioids for managing pain after wisdom tooth removal or jaw surgery. The goal is to see if Journavx works just as well without the risk of addiction or breathing problems. About 76 adults aged 18 to 45 will take part, and their pain levels and side effects will be tracked for 3 days after surgery.
