NCT ID NCT07280169
First seen Dec 26, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study looks at two different surgical methods to fix a broken bone just above the knee (distal femur fracture). The goal is to see which method helps the bone heal better and lowers the chance of needing another surgery. About 100 adults who need surgery for this type of break will be randomly assigned to one of the two methods. Both methods are already used in standard care.
