Summary

This early study tests whether a wearable ultrasound device can safely stimulate retinal cells and help restore vision in people with age-related macular degeneration or retinitis pigmentosa. Five participants will receive short ultrasound pulses while reporting what they see. The main goal is to check safety and whether the device can produce any visual sensations.
