Summary
This study tests a non-invasive technique called temporal interference electrical stimulation to boost deep sleep in people with epilepsy. Researchers will compare real stimulation to a sham (fake) treatment over 4 nights each, measuring sleep quality, seizure frequency, alertness, and mood. Up to 24 participants will be followed for up to 24 months to see if this approach can improve sleep and reduce seizures.
