First seen Nov 18, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study looks at a new material called Natural Matrix Protein (NMP) fibers used during spine fusion surgery. The goal is to see if these fibers help bones fuse together safely and effectively in people with degenerative disc disease, spinal stenosis, or spondylolisthesis. About 200 adults who need neck or lower back fusion will be followed to check bone healing, complications, and disability improvement.
