Summary

This study looks at whether adding mild electrical stimulation to a special stretching routine can help people who have had an ankle sprain. Researchers will compare the combo treatment to stretching alone in 60 adults aged 18-30. They will measure improvements in balance, strength, range of motion, and daily function over 4 weeks.
