First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study tests whether using gentle electrical pulses on the leg muscles can help people with COPD feel more confident in exercise, reduce shortness of breath during activity, and lessen fatigue. About 40 adults with mild-to-severe COPD will receive the stimulation over 8 weeks. The goal is to see if this simple, non-drug approach can improve daily life.
