First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated Jun 10, 2026 · Updated 39 times
Summary
This study tests whether using mild electrical pulses on the leg muscles can help people with COPD feel more confident about exercise, reduce shortness of breath during activity, and lessen fatigue. About 40 adults with mild to severe COPD will receive the stimulation over 8 weeks. The goal is to see if this simple, non-drug approach improves daily life and physical function.
