Summary

This study tests whether a drug that boosts NMDA activity, combined with omega-3 fatty acids, can improve memory and daily function in people with early Alzheimer's or mild cognitive impairment. About 140 participants will receive either the combination or a placebo for 24 weeks. The goal is to see if this treatment can ease symptoms and improve quality of life.
