First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 33 times

Summary

This early-stage trial tests whether adding an experimental drug called NKTR-255 to standard CAR-T cell therapy can safely improve outcomes for adults with large B-cell lymphoma that has returned or stopped responding to treatment. The drug is designed to strengthen the immune system's cancer-fighting cells. About 27 participants will receive the combination and be monitored for side effects and tumor response.
