First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 11, 2026 · Updated 32 times

Summary

This early-phase trial studies whether adding an experimental drug called NKTR-255 to standard CAR-T cell therapy can safely improve outcomes for adults with large B-cell lymphoma that has returned or not responded to treatment. The drug is designed to boost the immune system's cancer-fighting cells. About 27 participants will receive the combination to check for side effects and see how well it works.
