New immune cell therapy aims to stop Leukemia's return in kids

NCT ID NCT07256210

Summary

This study is testing a new treatment for children and young adults with acute leukemia that has not responded well to standard chemotherapy. The treatment combines a stem cell transplant with infusions of specially boosted immune cells (NK cells) from a donor. The main goals are to see if this combined approach is safe, find the best dose, and see if it can help prevent the cancer from coming back after the transplant.
