Summary
This study tested a treatment for adults with acute myeloid leukemia that returned or didn't respond to standard therapy. Participants received donor natural killer (NK) cells plus a drug called IL-2 to boost the immune system. The trial was stopped early after enrolling 9 people, and the main goals were to check safety and see if the treatment could reduce leukemia cells in the bone marrow.
