Summary

This study is for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to the brain. It tests whether adding immunotherapy drugs (nivolumab, with or without ipilimumab) to radiation therapy can better control the cancer. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if it helps stop the cancer from growing in the brain. About 80 participants will take part.
