Summary
This study tested a combination of three drugs—nivolumab, tadalafil, and vancomycin—in adults with liver cancer or liver tumors that spread from colorectal or pancreatic cancer when standard treatments failed. The goal was to see if the drugs could shrink tumors. The study was stopped early, and results are limited.
