New drug combo shows promise for rare kidney cancers

Summary
This study tests whether combining two drugs, nivolumab and cabozantinib, can shrink tumors in people with advanced or metastatic non-clear cell kidney cancer. About 60 participants who have had little or no prior treatment will receive the drug combination. The goal is to see how well the treatment works and what side effects occur.
